IMPORT DUTIES - UNITED STATES
As of August 29, the US government will remove the de minimis exemption, which currently allows orders under $800 to enter the country duty-free.
After this date, all orders shipped to the US will be subject to customs duties and fees, regardless of order value or country of origin. These charges will be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Please note: Orders shipped from the United States are exempt from Canadian sales tax.
IMPORT DUTIES - INTERNATIONAL
Orders from any country outside of Canada are exempted from Canadian sales tax.
Duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and may be charged to you upon delivery.

Our website operates in Canadian Dollars.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not accept any return or refund claim because of unpaid import fees by customers.

SHIPPING FEES & CARRIER
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your package.
At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from multiple carrier options — including Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, and more — with different delivery speeds and prices available.
Please note that orders over 30 lbs (13 kg) may incur additional shipping charges once the order has been packed and weighed.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Once received, orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, please refer to your selected shipping option that you selected and your tracking number in order to know how much time it will take to arrive to its destination.
We are not responsible for delays that may occur due to weather, customs, or any other unexpected circumstances.
Orders placed during or following a promotion period may take longer to ship from our shop.
