Shipping and Local Pickup

For now, we only ship throughout Canada with purolator services.

Orders take 2 to 5 business days to be shipped. 

Orders placed during sale or promotion event may take longer than usual to be fulfilled and shipped. 

When fulfilled, you will receive a confimation email with tracking number. 

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and fabric has been cut, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for other products in store. 

If you have received an incorrect item, if an item is missing or if there is a mistake in your order, please email us at: and we will make things right !

Yes. Please note that local pickups are temporarily outside of Montréal. Allow us 2 to 5 business days to complete your order. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification. Then, send us an email at to let us know your weekdays availability. We'll contact you to set up an appointment.

Sadly no. Before we process your order, we print out your Purolator slip. 

The system automatically sends you an email with your tracking number. It doesn’t mean your order has been cut and is ready to ship yet.

Promotions and discounts

You cannot use multiple discounts at checkout. For example, promo codes will not apply when one or more items in your cart is already discounted.

Of course, this code is valid one time per customer. Please use BienvenueWelcome10 code at checkout.  You can use it whenever you want. Please note that promo codes cannot be used with orders that include discounted items. If you already have discounted items in your card, you can save this promo code for an order with regular price items. (wink wink)

Corporate discounts are considered for orders starting at 10 meters/ 10.94 yards and up by item/color. Those special orders cannot be purchased online. Please contact us at for more information.


1 quantity = 50 cm / 0.54 yard
2 quantity = 1 meter / 1.09 yard
3 quantity = 1.5 meter / 1.64 yard

And so on.

We do not sell samples at the moment. We give samples of our choice (when available) on your first order.

Please contact us to know if your package has left the warehouse. If it has not, you can easily add items by making another order. Make sure to select : «Local Pick Up» at checkout. This way, you will not pay the shipping fees twice.
