Shipping

We ship across Canada with Canada Post services and to Québec and Ontario provinces with Purolator services*. 

We ship internationally to certain destinations in Europe, to USA, New Zealand and Australia with Canada Post services.

Once the order is received, the processing time is from 2 to 5 business days.

The delays may be longer when placing an order during a flash sale or a promotion period**.

* If Purolator doesn't ship to your address and we need to use Canada Post services, additional charges may apply (adresses with P.O. box for example).  Additional shipping fees will be charged for parcels delivered in rural areas where delivery costs are out of the ordinary. A proof of shipping costs will be provided to you. OVERSIZED ORDERS WEIGHING MORE THAN 30 LBS MAY OCCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

** If multiple orders are combined, the costs of shipping won't be refunded. To qualify for the delivery promotion, items totalling the required amounts must be purchased in one single order. 

Local Pick Up 

We offer in-person pick-up at our store.
