Delivery, returns and refunds

We deliver across Canada from our Montreal warehouse with Purolator.

Our delivery delays are currently 2 to 5 business days.

The delays may be longer when placing an order during a flash sale or a promotion period.

If Purolator doesn't serve your area, please notify us by email at as soon as your order has been confirmed.

If your location requires us to use Canada Post, additional charges may apply. A copy of the invoice with the actual cost of shipping will be sent to you. No refund will be issued.

The standard shipping costs for 

Québec and Ontario (before taxes): 12 $ 

Shipping costs for the rest of Canada

(excluding Québec and Ontario)

(before taxes): 15 $ 

Additional shipping fees will be charged for parcels delivered in rural areas where delivery costs are out of the ordinary. A proof of shipping costs will be provided to you. 

* If multiple orders are combined, the costs of shipping won't be refunded. To qualify for the delivery promotion, items totaling the required amounts must be purchased in one single order.


At all times, your satisfaction is our priority!

All sales are final. No return or refund can be made. 

Damages are very rare but they can happen. Fabric isn't always perfect. Even if we inspect the material before shipping, we might not see those small imperfections. In the case of one or more damaged items received, you must contact us by email at : and provide us with a picture of the damaged goods within 7 days upon reception of your material. 

The following conditions must have been respected : Fabric must not have been washed, cut or used. Obviously, each situation will be considered and taken care of individually in order to offer you the best possible service.  


  • Any stains, holes or blemishes within an inch of the edge are considered acceptable.
  • Knit stitches that are missing or pulled on the wrong side of the fabric and that do not distort the face are considered acceptable. 
  • Fabric cut at more or less 1 to 3 cm from the edge is considered acceptable. 
  • Stains on the inside of the fabric are considered acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.

    No order cancellation or refund can be made if we have already cut your fabric. In the case where a refund is issued, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.

  • If you have purchased a product and it is unfortunately sold out, we will contact you immediately. It is a very rare situation but it can happen. You will be offered a choice between a refund of the item at the price you've paid or a replacement of the product with an item of the same price.

    Depending on your monitor or device when viewing our website, there might be some discrepancies with products colors. We will not issue a refund if this is the case.
