Everything you need to know when ordering from the United States

Duties

American shoppers can order goods valued at $800 USD or less without being charged any duties.

For all orders over $800 USD, you are responsible to pay customs duty (or import tax) on any goods you move across the US border from Canada.

Orders from United States are exempted from Canadian sales tax.

Please consult our FAQ section to see how to add an item to a non-processed order without being charged additional shipping fees.

 Please note that orders over 30 lbs / 13 kg may incur additional shipping charges once the order is packed and weighed.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is a promotion that is not always available and can change without prior notice. You can't combine multiple orders to qualify for free shipping.

 

Currency

Our website operates in Canadian Dollars but can be converted to American Dollars based on your location.

To change the currency you are shopping in, use the currency selector located at the top right or bottom center of home page (for desktop) or at the bottom center of the home page (for mobile). 

Please note that our site automatically changes the currency to Canadian Dollars at checkout. Therefore, your final order confirmation will appear in Canadian Dollars regardless of the currency in which you shopped.

Shipping Carrier

Orders will be sent via Canada post services.

Shipping delays

Once received, orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it can take up from 4 to 8 business days for your parcel to be delivered.

We are not responsible for delays that may occur due to COVID-19 pandemic, weather, customs, or any other unexpected circumstances. 

Orders placed during or following a promotion period may take longer to ship. 

Shipping zone 

We ship all over the United States at the exception of the U.S. territories, Micronesia, Hawaï and Alaska.

Return and refund
