Viscose, Rayon & Tencel
Viscose is a manufactured fiber made from natural materials.
It's one of the three types of rayon: modal, lyocell and viscose.
Viscose fabric often looks like silk and feels like cotton.
It breathes, feels soft and comfortable, and has a supple drape!
Viscose is a versatile fabric used for clothes such as blouses, dresses, jackets and lingerie.
Tencel is a brand name for a set of fibers called lyocell and modal (think of it like Kleenex are to tissues).
Tencel is somewhat similar to rayon but it is much better for the environment.
It stands out for its softness and its excellent drape.
Garments made from Tencel are soft to the touch, smooth and breathable.
Tencel is durable and very absorbent.
Tencel can be used for dressed shirt, shorts, trousers, dresses, skirts and more.
