Designed for clothing retailers, sewing studios, alteration shops, wardrobe departments and other demanding garment-care environments, the Vivio 170GC features a 1300 W brass heating element and heavy-duty brass fittings for commercial durability. The brass heating element is designed to provide efficient thermal performance while helping reduce the mineral build-up that can affect conventional garment steamers over time.
The Vivio 170GC heats up in under 2 minutes and delivers up to 120 minutes of steaming time from its 1-gallon / 3.8 L water capacity, making it well suited to extended steaming sessions and working through multiple garments or sewing projects.
A defining feature of the 170GC is its cast aluminum metal steam head. The metal head gets approximately 20% hotter than a PVC head and reaches approximately 212°F / 100°C. This additional heat helps tackle stubborn wrinkles and allows the steam head to provide quick pressing for areas such as sleeves and trousers.
The metal steam head is paired with a stay-cool wood handle for comfortable handling. The fabric-covered Super-Flex steam hose is designed to remain soft and flexible while its woven fabric covering acts as insulation during continuous use.
The Vivio 170GC also features an anti-spill water bottle cap to help prevent leaks when the 1-gallon bottle is turned over for installation. We strive for excellence in our products and customer service, but some imperfections may occur with fabric.
Please note that stains, holes, or blemishes within 3 inches (10 cm) of the edge are considered acceptable. Missing or pulled knit stitches on the wrong side of the fabric that do not distort the face are also considered acceptable. Additionally, fabric cut at 1 to 3 cm from the edge is acceptable. Stains on the inside of the fabric are also acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.
Please be aware that fabric may shrink after the first wash, so we recommend purchasing slightly more than the exact length required for your project.
We cannot cancel or refund orders once we've cut your fabric. If a refund is necessary, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.
We cannot offer refunds or compensation for items purchased a few days before they go on sale.
