Backpack Size & Fit
The Dog Back Pack is designed in one adjustable size, with two matching carrying pouches connected by nylon webbing straps.

Fit Tip: Adjust the straps so the backpack fits securely without being too tight. Make sure the two pouches are balanced and do not restrict your dog's movement. Choose a carrying load appropriate for your dog's size, age and physical condition.
Recommended Fabrics
Choose durable, tightly woven outdoor fabrics that can withstand regular use and provide structure for the carrying pouches.
Fabric Tip: When sewing coated or waterproof fabrics, keep pinholes within the seam allowances whenever possible. An optional seam sealer can be used on the inside seams if water resistance is desired.

In cases of oversized orders, shipments to rural or remote areas, or delivery to P.O. boxes, the final shipping cost may differ. If this occurs, we will contact you directly with the updated shipping cost, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any PDF pattern purchases.

We strive for excellence in our products and customer service, but some imperfections may occur with fabric.
Please note that stains, holes, or blemishes within 3 inches (10 cm) of the edge are considered acceptable. Missing or pulled knit stitches on the wrong side of the fabric that do not distort the face are also considered acceptable. Additionally, fabric cut at 1 to 3 cm from the edge is acceptable. Stains on the inside of the fabric are also acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.
Please be aware that fabric may shrink after the first wash, so we recommend purchasing slightly more than the exact length required for your project.
We cannot cancel or refund orders once we've cut your fabric. If a refund is necessary, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.
We cannot offer refunds or compensation for items purchased a few days before they go on sale.
If a product is sold out, we'll contact you immediately to offer either a refund of the item at the price you've paid or a replacement with a product of equal value.
Please note that monitor or device settings may affect how you view product colours on our website. We cannot issue a refund if there are discrepancies between the product image and the actual colour.
