The Tripmate Clear Front Portfolio or Map Organizer by The Green Pepper is a practical and versatile carrying case designed to protect maps, documents, artwork and other important materials. Its transparent vinyl front allows you to view the contents without removing them from the organizer, making it especially useful for travel, work and everyday organization.

Available in three sizes, this pattern offers a simple version with a zippered opening or a more detailed version with additional storage pockets. Customize your portfolio with a business card pocket, a zippered exterior pocket, a clear vinyl pocket with hook-and-loop closure and an optional detachable shoulder strap.

The Medium size is specifically designed to accommodate a standard road atlas, while the Large version provides generous space for artwork, documents or business materials.

We’ve recently updated our shipping options to give you more flexibility and competitive rates. At checkout, you can now choose from multiple carriers — including Canada Post, ICS Courrier, Canpar, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, and more.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the weight of your order, with several delivery options and prices available.

If a carrier does not service your address, we may need to use an alternative option, which could incur additional charges, particularly for P.O. box addresses.

For remote or rural areas where delivery costs are higher, additional fees may apply. In these cases, we will provide proof of the shipping costs to ensure transparency.

Other Provinces in Canada, USA, and International Shipping

For customers in other Canadian provinces, the USA, or internationally, we offer a range of shipping options through various carriers. The customer is responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method at checkout.

Please note that our system provides an estimated shipping cost at checkout, which may not always reflect the actual shipping charges.

In cases of oversized orders, shipments to rural or remote areas, or delivery to P.O. boxes, the final shipping cost may differ. If this occurs, we will contact you directly with the updated shipping cost, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

All orders shipped outside of Canada — including to the United States — may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes and other charges assessed by the destination country’s customs authorities. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we understand that damages can occur during shipping, and small imperfections may exist despite our inspections.

If you receive one or more damaged items, please email us at info@lestissees.com within 7 days of receiving your material and attach a picture of the damaged goods.

Please ensure that the fabric has not been washed, cut, or used before contacting us.

We'll take individual care to assess each situation and offer the best possible service.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

All of our sewing patterns are sold as digital PDF files and are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any PDF pattern purchases.
Please make sure you have the correct email address and a device that can open PDF files before completing your order.

If you encounter any issues with your download link or file, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

PLEASE NOTE

We strive for excellence in our products and customer service, but some imperfections may occur with fabric.

Please note that stains, holes, or blemishes within 3 inches (10 cm) of the edge are considered acceptable. Missing or pulled knit stitches on the wrong side of the fabric that do not distort the face are also considered acceptable. Additionally, fabric cut at 1 to 3 cm from the edge is acceptable. Stains on the inside of the fabric are also acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.

Please be aware that fabric may shrink after the first wash, so we recommend purchasing slightly more than the exact length required for your project.

We cannot cancel or refund orders once we've cut your fabric. If a refund is necessary, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.

We cannot offer refunds or compensation for items purchased a few days before they go on sale.

If a product is sold out, we'll contact you immediately to offer either a refund of the item at the price you've paid or a replacement with a product of equal value.

Please note that monitor or device settings may affect how you view product colours on our website. We cannot issue a refund if there are discrepancies between the product image and the actual colour.
