Sewing with Sherpa Fabric
When cutting Sherpa, pay attention to the direction of the pile and place your pattern pieces consistently so the nap runs in the same direction throughout your project. Because this is a printed design, consider the placement of the larger flowers when laying out prominent garment pieces such as fronts, backs, collars and pockets.
A needle suitable for medium to heavier fabrics is recommended. Test your stitch length and tension on a scrap before beginning your project, and consider using sewing clips instead of pins when working with multiple layers of the plush fabric.
Please note: Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. We recommend pre-washing your fabric using the same method you intend to use for the finished project. Supplier specifications indicate a maximum shrinkage of 5% after washing.
We recommend that you pre-wash your fabric the way you are going to wash your finished garment.

For customers in other Canadian provinces, the USA, or internationally, we offer a range of shipping options through various carriers. The customer is responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method at checkout.

In cases of oversized orders, shipments to rural or remote areas, or delivery to P.O. boxes, the final shipping cost may differ. If this occurs, we will contact you directly with the updated shipping cost, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

All of our sewing patterns are sold as digital PDF files and are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any PDF pattern purchases.
Please make sure you have the correct email address and a device that can open PDF files before completing your order.
If you encounter any issues with your download link or file, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We strive for excellence in our products and customer service, but some imperfections may occur with fabric.
Please note that stains, holes, or blemishes within 3 inches (10 cm) of the edge are considered acceptable. Missing or pulled knit stitches on the wrong side of the fabric that do not distort the face are also considered acceptable. Additionally, fabric cut at 1 to 3 cm from the edge is acceptable. Stains on the inside of the fabric are also acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.
Please be aware that fabric may shrink after the first wash, so we recommend purchasing slightly more than the exact length required for your project.
We cannot cancel or refund orders once we've cut your fabric. If a refund is necessary, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.
We cannot offer refunds or compensation for items purchased a few days before they go on sale.
If a product is sold out, we'll contact you immediately to offer either a refund of the item at the price you've paid or a replacement with a product of equal value.
Please note that monitor or device settings may affect how you view product colours on our website. We cannot issue a refund if there are discrepancies between the product image and the actual colour.
