Designed with all the authentic details of traditional denim construction, the Fulford Jeans feature a classic zipper fly, reinforced topstitching, flat-felled inseams, riveted pockets and a five-pocket design. The two-piece waistband includes a centre back seam concealed beneath a belt loop, making future fit adjustments surprisingly simple.

Recommended Fabrics

Choose sturdy, bottom-weight woven fabrics with little or no stretch for an authentic jeans silhouette.

Fabric Note: Non-stretch fabrics or fabrics containing up to 2% elastane are recommended. Higher stretch content may affect the fit and require sizing adjustments. Before sewing, ensure your machine can handle several layers of your chosen fabric.

Size Range & Fit

The Fulford Jeans pattern includes men's sizes 26–50, divided into two size groups.

Small Sizes – 26–38:
Body Waist: 66–96.5 cm / 26–38"
Body Hip: 83.8–114.3 cm / 33–45"

Large Sizes – 40–50:
Body Waist: 101.6–127 cm / 40–50"
Body Hip: 119.4–144.8 cm / 47–57"

Fit Note: These jeans are designed to sit below the natural waist, with a finished waistband larger than the body waist measurement. Consult the designer's body and finished garment measurement charts before choosing your size.

The two-piece waistband features a centre back seam hidden beneath a belt loop, allowing the waist to be taken in or let out even after the jeans have been completed.

If a carrier does not service your address, we may need to use an alternative option, which could incur additional charges, particularly for P.O. box addresses.

For remote or rural areas where delivery costs are higher, additional fees may apply. In these cases, we will provide proof of the shipping costs to ensure transparency.

Other Provinces in Canada, USA, and International Shipping

For customers in other Canadian provinces, the USA, or internationally, we offer a range of shipping options through various carriers. The customer is responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method at checkout.

Please note that our system provides an estimated shipping cost at checkout, which may not always reflect the actual shipping charges.

In cases of oversized orders, shipments to rural or remote areas, or delivery to P.O. boxes, the final shipping cost may differ. If this occurs, we will contact you directly with the updated shipping cost, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure that the fabric has not been washed, cut, or used before contacting us.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

All of our sewing patterns are sold as digital PDF files and are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any PDF pattern purchases.
Please make sure you have the correct email address and a device that can open PDF files before completing your order.

If you encounter any issues with your download link or file, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

PLEASE NOTE

We strive for excellence in our products and customer service, but some imperfections may occur with fabric.

Please note that stains, holes, or blemishes within 3 inches (10 cm) of the edge are considered acceptable. Missing or pulled knit stitches on the wrong side of the fabric that do not distort the face are also considered acceptable. Additionally, fabric cut at 1 to 3 cm from the edge is acceptable. Stains on the inside of the fabric are also acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.

Please be aware that fabric may shrink after the first wash, so we recommend purchasing slightly more than the exact length required for your project.

We cannot cancel or refund orders once we've cut your fabric. If a refund is necessary, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.

We cannot offer refunds or compensation for items purchased a few days before they go on sale.

If a product is sold out, we'll contact you immediately to offer either a refund of the item at the price you've paid or a replacement with a product of equal value.

Please note that monitor or device settings may affect how you view product colours on our website. We cannot issue a refund if there are discrepancies between the product image and the actual colour.
