Our store is located at 6666 Papineau Avenue, Montreal.
**Please note that in-person pick-up at Les Cèdres is no longer an option.
To ensure efficient service, pick-up appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Our pick-up hours are upon appointments on Mondays 9h00 to 19h00, Thursdays 10h00 to 19h00 and Saturdays 9h00 to 17h00.
There's a strong likelihood that we may be available at other times, simply contact us and ask, and we'll adjust to your convenience.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared.

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we understand that damages can occur during shipping, and small imperfections may exist despite our inspections. If you receive one or more damaged items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your material and attach a picture of the damaged goods.
Please ensure that the fabric has not been washed, cut, or used before contacting us. We'll take individual care to assess each situation and offer the best possible service.
We strive for excellence in our products and customer service, but some imperfections may occur with fabric.
Please note that stains, holes, or blemishes within an inch of the edge are considered acceptable. Missing or pulled knit stitches on the wrong side of the fabric that do not distort the face are also considered acceptable. Additionally, fabric cut at 1 to 3 cm from the edge is acceptable. Stains on the inside of the fabric are also acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.
Please be aware that fabric may shrink after the first wash, so we recommend purchasing slightly more than the exact length required for your project.
We cannot cancel or refund orders once we've cut your fabric. If a refund is necessary, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.
We cannot offer refunds or compensation for items purchased a few days before they go on sale.
If a product is sold out, we'll contact you immediately to offer either a refund of the item at the price you've paid or a replacement with a product of equal value.
Please note that monitor or device settings may affect how you view product colours on our website. We cannot issue a refund if there are discrepancies between the product image and the actual colour.
