A sophisticated Nadya Toto designer deadstock knitted tweed jacquard featuring a deep dark navy-to-black ground interwoven with irregular blue and grey yarn details. Its richly textured surface creates the sophisticated appearance of a woven tweed while retaining the flexibility and comfort of a knitted fabric.
The jacquard construction creates fine irregular lines and flecks of cobalt blue, navy and grey throughout the dark ground. From a distance, the fabric reads as a refined dark navy; up close, the contrasting yarns reveal a beautifully detailed tweed-like texture with considerable visual depth.
At 320 gsm, this medium-heavy knit has a substantial hand and beautiful body. Its 5% elastane adds flexibility and comfort, making it suitable for garments that require more movement than a traditional woven tweed while maintaining a structured, polished appearance.
This knitted interpretation of classic tweed is particularly versatile for garment sewing. It provides the visual richness and elevated appearance associated with tweed without the rigid structure of a traditional woven version, making it an excellent choice for dresses, skirts, jackets and coordinated separates.
Its exceptionally generous 173 cm - 68" width also provides excellent usable width for garment cutting.
Made in Canada and sourced from Montréal designer Nadya Toto, this genuine designer deadstock textile is available only in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

We strive for excellence in our products and customer service, but some imperfections may occur with fabric.
Please note that stains, holes, or blemishes within 3 inches (10 cm) of the edge are considered acceptable.
