Sewing Tips
- Choose sewing patterns designed for stretch knit fabrics.
- Use a stretch or ballpoint needle suitable for the fabric.
- A narrow zigzag stitch, stretch stitch, or serger is recommended to preserve seam flexibility.
- Use clips or fine pins within the seam allowances to help prevent shifting.
- Cut all pattern pieces in the same nap direction, as the fabric may appear lighter or darker depending on the pile.
- Test stitches and pressing techniques on a fabric scrap before beginning your project.
Care Instructions: Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Avoid bleach, as it may damage the fibres and affect the fabric's sheen. Line drying is recommended, or tumble dry on low heat if permitted by the manufacturer. If ironing is necessary, use low heat and press on the reverse side with a pressing cloth to protect the plush pile. Avoid dry cleaning unless approved by the fabric manufacturer.
We recommend that you pre-wash your fabric the same way you intend to wash your finished garment.

For customers in other Canadian provinces, the USA, or internationally, we offer a range of shipping options through various carriers. The customer is responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method at checkout.

In cases of oversized orders, shipments to rural or remote areas, or delivery to P.O. boxes, the final shipping cost may differ. If this occurs, we will contact you directly with the updated shipping cost, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

All of our sewing patterns are sold as digital PDF files and are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any PDF pattern purchases.
Please make sure you have the correct email address and a device that can open PDF files before completing your order.
If you encounter any issues with your download link or file, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We strive for excellence in our products and customer service, but some imperfections may occur with fabric.
Please note that stains, holes, or blemishes within 3 inches (10 cm) of the edge are considered acceptable. Missing or pulled knit stitches on the wrong side of the fabric that do not distort the face are also considered acceptable. Additionally, fabric cut at 1 to 3 cm from the edge is acceptable. Stains on the inside of the fabric are also acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.
Please be aware that fabric may shrink after the first wash, so we recommend purchasing slightly more than the exact length required for your project.
We cannot cancel or refund orders once we've cut your fabric. If a refund is necessary, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.
We cannot offer refunds or compensation for items purchased a few days before they go on sale.
If a product is sold out, we'll contact you immediately to offer either a refund of the item at the price you've paid or a replacement with a product of equal value.
Please note that monitor or device settings may affect how you view product colours on our website. We cannot issue a refund if there are discrepancies between the product image and the actual colour.
