Choose between a classic shallow scoop neckline or a 1" (2.5 cm) Henley button placket, paired with short or long sleeves. The gently curved hem follows the hips and extends slightly longer at the back, creating a flattering silhouette that can be worn with jeans, trousers or leggings.
Designed for light- to medium-weight knit fabrics, the Timberland Henley can be sewn as a comfortable everyday T-shirt or a lightweight sweater. An optional square chest pocket adds a casual, practical detail, while contrasting fabrics can be used for the neckline, pocket or Henley placket.
Part of the Parkland Casual Collection, this pattern includes detailed, illustrated instructions for sewing with knit fabrics. Both beginner and intermediate sewing techniques are explained, including methods for constructing the Henley placket and sewing with or without a serger.

Pattern Variations
Variation 1 – Long-Sleeve Henley:
A fitted, long-sleeved top featuring a 1" (2.5 cm) Henley placket with three buttons or snaps. The curved hem and optional chest pocket create a classic casual look.
Variation 2 – Short-Sleeve Scoop Neck:
A versatile short-sleeved T-shirt featuring a shallow scoop neckline and gently curved hem, perfect for everyday layering or wearing on its own.

Easier Fabrics to Sew: Stable knits such as thicker T-shirt jersey, interlock and French terry. Cotton blends containing 6% or less spandex are generally easier to handle.
More Challenging Fabrics: Lightweight bamboo, cotton or hemp jersey blends, tissue-weight knits, rib knits and highly stretchy athletic fabrics may require additional care when cutting and sewing.
Important: Your fabric must have at least 20% stretch and return to its original shape without distortion. The pattern instructions include a fabric stretch test to help you select a suitable knit.

All of our sewing patterns are sold as digital PDF files and are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any PDF pattern purchases.
Please make sure you have the correct email address and a device that can open PDF files before completing your order.
If you encounter any issues with your download link or file, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We strive for excellence in our products and customer service, but some imperfections may occur with fabric.
Please note that stains, holes, or blemishes within 3 inches (10 cm) of the edge are considered acceptable. Missing or pulled knit stitches on the wrong side of the fabric that do not distort the face are also considered acceptable. Additionally, fabric cut at 1 to 3 cm from the edge is acceptable. Stains on the inside of the fabric are also acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.
Please be aware that fabric may shrink after the first wash, so we recommend purchasing slightly more than the exact length required for your project.
We cannot cancel or refund orders once we've cut your fabric. If a refund is necessary, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.
We cannot offer refunds or compensation for items purchased a few days before they go on sale.
If a product is sold out, we'll contact you immediately to offer either a refund of the item at the price you've paid or a replacement with a product of equal value.
Please note that monitor or device settings may affect how you view product colours on our website. We cannot issue a refund if there are discrepancies between the product image and the actual colour.
