The Reliable Vivio 500GC Professional Garment Steamer is a redesigned professional garment steamer created for sewing studios, clothing retailers, alteration shops, wardrobe departments and home sewing spaces where reliable steam performance and convenient garment handling are important.
The Vivio 500GC combines commercial-grade components with an updated design featuring a lower centre of gravity for improved stability, an easy-fill water tank, a comfortable fabric-covered steam hose, a removable garment hanger and a durable PVC steam head.
At the heart of the Vivio 500GC is a 1300 W brass heating element. The brass element and fittings are designed for commercial durability and dependable performance during regular and extended garment steaming.
The Vivio 500GC heats up in under 2 minutes and provides an impressive up to 120-minute run time, allowing you to steam multiple garments, fabrics and sewing projects without frequent interruptions.
Steam reaches approximately 194°F / 90°C at the steam head. The heavy-duty PVC steam head is designed for reliable garment care, while the included fabric brush provides additional versatility when refreshing and steaming fabrics.
The fabric-covered Super-Flex steam hose provides flexibility while steaming and creates a more comfortable surface to handle during longer steaming sessions.
A built-in removable garment hanger provides a convenient place to position garments while steaming. The steamer also features easy-roll, non-skid wheels for smooth movement around your sewing room, studio or workspace.

All of our sewing patterns are sold as digital PDF files and are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any PDF pattern purchases.
Please make sure you have the correct email address and a device that can open PDF files before completing your order.
If you encounter any issues with your download link or file, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We strive for excellence in our products and customer service, but some imperfections may occur with fabric.
Please note that stains, holes, or blemishes within 3 inches (10 cm) of the edge are considered acceptable. Missing or pulled knit stitches on the wrong side of the fabric that do not distort the face are also considered acceptable. Additionally, fabric cut at 1 to 3 cm from the edge is acceptable. Stains on the inside of the fabric are also acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.
Please be aware that fabric may shrink after the first wash, so we recommend purchasing slightly more than the exact length required for your project.
We cannot cancel or refund orders once we've cut your fabric. If a refund is necessary, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.
We cannot offer refunds or compensation for items purchased a few days before they go on sale.
If a product is sold out, we'll contact you immediately to offer either a refund of the item at the price you've paid or a replacement with a product of equal value.
Please note that monitor or device settings may affect how you view product colours on our website. We cannot issue a refund if there are discrepancies between the product image and the actual colour.
