An exceptional 100% cotton luxury manufacturer deadstock distinguished by extraordinarily elaborate white-on-white embroidery. This is a true statement textile, combining sweeping ornamental motifs, stylized florals, sculptural scrollwork and intricate open areas into a richly dimensional design.
The embroidery creates large interconnected motifs that move across the cotton ground in an almost lace-like composition. Curving scrolls and leaf-like forms are surrounded by smaller embroidered details, while open sections are crossed with delicate threadwork and tiny knotted rosette-like accents. The variation between densely embroidered areas, fine cotton ground and transparent openwork gives the design remarkable depth.

Care
Due to the intricate and dimensional nature of this embroidery, we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle, preferably inside a laundry bag to help protect the embroidered and openwork details. Air dry. Iron carefully on the reverse at a low to medium temperature using a pressing cloth. Avoid contact with jewellery, zippers, hook-and-loop fasteners or rough surfaces that could catch the embroidery. Prewashing before sewing is recommended.

Please note that stains, holes, or blemishes within 3 inches (10 cm) of the edge are considered acceptable. Missing or pulled knit stitches on the wrong side of the fabric that do not distort the face are also considered acceptable. Additionally, fabric cut at 1 to 3 cm from the edge is acceptable. Stains on the inside of the fabric are also acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.
Please be aware that fabric may shrink after the first wash, so we recommend purchasing slightly more than the exact length required for your project.
We cannot cancel or refund orders once we've cut your fabric. If a refund is necessary, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.
We cannot offer refunds or compensation for items purchased a few days before they go on sale.
