Our yarn-dyed linen cotton blend fabric combines the beautiful natural texture and breathability of linen with the softness and versatility of cotton. An Alternative to Essex Yarn Dyed Fabric
Please note: This fabric replaces the Essex Yarn Dyed fabric by Robert Kaufman that we previously carried. If you loved the versatile linen-cotton look and textured hand feel of Essex Yarn Dyed, this collection offers a similar style and is an excellent alternative for many of the same sewing projects.
Care Instructions
Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Iron on the reverse side using medium heat when needed. Linen and cotton fibres naturally soften with washing and use.
We recommend pre-washing your fabric using the same method you intend to use for your finished garment, as natural fibres may experience some shrinkage.

Other Provinces in Canada, USA, and International Shipping
For customers in other Canadian provinces, the USA, or internationally, we offer a range of shipping options through various carriers. The customer is responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method at checkout.
Please note that our system provides an estimated shipping cost at checkout, which may not always reflect the actual shipping charges.
In cases of oversized orders, shipments to rural or remote areas, or delivery to P.O. boxes, the final shipping cost may differ. If this occurs, we will contact you directly with the updated shipping cost, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
Import Duties & Customs Fees (USA & International Orders)
All orders shipped outside of Canada — including to the United States — may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes and other charges assessed by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers agree to pay any duties, taxes, fees, or charges required by the destination country in order for customs to release the package. Failure to pay such charges may result in your order being returned or abandoned by the carrier, and no refunds will be issued for duties or unused shipping fees.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
All of our sewing patterns are sold as digital PDF files and are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any PDF pattern purchases.
Please make sure you have the correct email address and a device that can open PDF files before completing your order.
If you encounter any issues with your download link or file, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We strive for excellence in our products and customer service, but some imperfections may occur with fabric.
Please note that stains, holes, or blemishes within 3 inches (10 cm) of the edge are considered acceptable. Missing or pulled knit stitches on the wrong side of the fabric that do not distort the face are also considered acceptable. Additionally, fabric cut at 1 to 3 cm from the edge is acceptable. Stains on the inside of the fabric are also acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.
Please be aware that fabric may shrink after the first wash, so we recommend purchasing slightly more than the exact length required for your project.
We cannot cancel or refund orders once we've cut your fabric. If a refund is necessary, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.
We cannot offer refunds or compensation for items purchased a few days before they go on sale.
If a product is sold out, we'll contact you immediately to offer either a refund of the item at the price you've paid or a replacement with a product of equal value.
Please note that monitor or device settings may affect how you view product colours on our website. We cannot issue a refund if there are discrepancies between the product image and the actual colour.
