The Reliable Vivio 120GC Professional Garment Steamer is designed for dependable garment care in sewing studios, clothing stores, alteration shops, wardrobe departments and home sewing spaces where consistent steam performance and durable components matter.
At the heart of the Vivio 120GC is a 1300 W brass heating element. The brass element and fittings are designed for commercial durability, while the brass heating element helps reduce the mineral build-up that can affect conventional garment steamers over time.
The Vivio 120GC heats up in under 2 minutes and provides an impressive up to 120-minute run time, allowing you to steam multiple garments and projects without frequent interruptions.
Steam reaches approximately 194°F / 90°C at the steam head. An extra-thick PVC steam head and fabric-covered Super-Flex steam hose provide a durable and flexible setup for regular garment steaming.
The wrap-around housing helps keep the water bottle securely positioned during use, while the upright rod system supports the steam hose and head and provides a convenient setup for steaming hanging garments. A wheeled base makes the steamer easy to reposition around your sewing room, studio or workspace.
The included removable fabric brush helps separate fabric fibres so steam can penetrate more effectively, making it especially useful when working with textured or napped fabrics.

All of our sewing patterns are sold as digital PDF files and are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any PDF pattern purchases.
Please make sure you have the correct email address and a device that can open PDF files before completing your order.
If you encounter any issues with your download link or file, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We strive for excellence in our products and customer service, but some imperfections may occur with fabric.
Please note that stains, holes, or blemishes within 3 inches (10 cm) of the edge are considered acceptable. Missing or pulled knit stitches on the wrong side of the fabric that do not distort the face are also considered acceptable. Additionally, fabric cut at 1 to 3 cm from the edge is acceptable. Stains on the inside of the fabric are also acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.
Please be aware that fabric may shrink after the first wash, so we recommend purchasing slightly more than the exact length required for your project.
We cannot cancel or refund orders once we've cut your fabric. If a refund is necessary, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.
We cannot offer refunds or compensation for items purchased a few days before they go on sale.
If a product is sold out, we'll contact you immediately to offer either a refund of the item at the price you've paid or a replacement with a product of equal value.
Please note that monitor or device settings may affect how you view product colours on our website. We cannot issue a refund if there are discrepancies between the product image and the actual colour.
