The Rouleur Leggings PDF Sewing Pattern by Fehr Trade is a versatile activewear pattern designed for runners, cyclists and athletes. With interchangeable waistbands, pockets and leg styles, you can create performance leggings or cycling bib shorts tailored to your favourite sport.
Designed without inseams to reduce chafing, Rouleur features a compression-style fit with negative ease, making it ideal for running, cycling, gym workouts and other active pursuits.

The halter-style cycling bib allows the straps to slip easily over the head for quick comfort breaks without removing your cycling jersey.
The shorts finish approximately 12 cm (4¾") above the knee.

This pattern is designed for 4-way stretch activewear fabrics with at least 50% stretch in both directions and excellent recovery.

We’ve recently updated our shipping options to give you more flexibility and competitive rates. At checkout, you can now choose from multiple carriers — including Canada Post, ICS Courrier, Canpar, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, and more.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the weight of your order, with several delivery options and prices available.
If a carrier does not service your address, we may need to use an alternative option, which could incur additional charges, particularly for P.O. box addresses.
For remote or rural areas where delivery costs are higher, additional fees may apply. In these cases, we will provide proof of the shipping costs to ensure transparency.
Other Provinces in Canada, USA, and International Shipping
For customers in other Canadian provinces, the USA, or internationally, we offer a range of shipping options through various carriers. The customer is responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method at checkout.
Please note that our system provides an estimated shipping cost at checkout, which may not always reflect the actual shipping charges.
In cases of oversized orders, shipments to rural or remote areas, or delivery to P.O. boxes, the final shipping cost may differ. If this occurs, we will contact you directly with the updated shipping cost, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
Import Duties & Customs Fees (USA & International Orders)
All orders shipped outside of Canada — including to the United States — may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes and other charges assessed by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers agree to pay any duties, taxes, fees, or charges required by the destination country in order for customs to release the package. Failure to pay such charges may result in your order being returned or abandoned by the carrier, and no refunds will be issued for duties or unused shipping fees.

Please ensure that the fabric has not been washed, cut, or used before contacting us.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
All of our sewing patterns are sold as digital PDF files and are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any PDF pattern purchases.
Please make sure you have the correct email address and a device that can open PDF files before completing your order.
If you encounter any issues with your download link or file, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We strive for excellence in our products and customer service, but some imperfections may occur with fabric.
Please note that stains, holes, or blemishes within 3 inches (10 cm) of the edge are considered acceptable. Missing or pulled knit stitches on the wrong side of the fabric that do not distort the face are also considered acceptable. Additionally, fabric cut at 1 to 3 cm from the edge is acceptable. Stains on the inside of the fabric are also acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.
Please be aware that fabric may shrink after the first wash, so we recommend purchasing slightly more than the exact length required for your project.
We cannot cancel or refund orders once we've cut your fabric. If a refund is necessary, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.
We cannot offer refunds or compensation for items purchased a few days before they go on sale.
If a product is sold out, we'll contact you immediately to offer either a refund of the item at the price you've paid or a replacement with a product of equal value.
Please note that monitor or device settings may affect how you view product colours on our website. We cannot issue a refund if there are discrepancies between the product image and the actual colour.
